Excellent waterproofing properties for use on all substrates below the waterline. Underwater Primer can be used as an Antifouling Primer, a Keel Primer and as an Antifouling Sealer/Tie coat. Underwater Primer can also be used as a General Purpose Primer for use on steel and wood, below the waterline.
